As our AI Operations Specialist, your mission is to drive weekly AI adoption to 100% of employees. You’ll be the bridge between AI possibilities and practical implementation, acting as both Product Manager for internal AI needs and change management catalyst.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to be at the forefront of AI transformation, building solutions that directly impact how hundreds of people work every day.
You’ll report directly to our VP AI Transformation and work closely with the leadership team and AI champions to make AI essential to how every team works globally.
What You’ll Do :
Act as internal “Product Manager” for AI needs - conduct user research and translate requirements into actionable solutions
Prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact and feasibility across all departments globally
Monitor adoption with detailed monthly metrics and comprehensive reporting
Exercise strong influence across all organizational levels to drive transformation
Build global AI assistants that can benefit multiple departments and drive company-wide efficiency
Develop basic automations and workflows to support AI use cases
Maintain a builder-first approach - you solve problems by building solutions, not by delegating
Provide direct technical support - you’re the go-to person for AI implementation and the buffer between users and technical teams, identifying needs and redirecting to AI Solutions, Business Technology, IT, Data experts when needed
Structure comprehensive AI training programs with Learning & Development team
Animate AI-related Slack channels and build vibrant community engagement
Establish and manage AI Champions program with monthly meetings and use case identification
Provide ongoing support through weekly office hours and troubleshooting globally
Lead the structuring of our internal knowledge systems (Notion, Drive, etc.) - foundational to how our AI assistants work, with full leadership support and IT team support
Design AI assistants that improve our knowledge structure - every assistant we build should contribute to better organized company knowledge
Ensure our knowledge systems support advanced AI automation leveraging AI tools if needed.
Partner with Business Technology team for advanced automations and complex workflow implementations
Collaborate with AI Engineers, IT, and Data Scientists for technical expertise on complex challenges
Work directly with our VP AI Transformation on strategic initiatives
Maintain close relationships with AI Champions across all regions
AI & Technical Skills:
Extreme AI enthusiasm - you live and breathe AI, constantly exploring new tools and possibilities
Builder mindset with hands-on experience - comfortable with prompt engineering, APIs, scripting, SQL, app connections, and basic automation tools
Passionate about productivity optimization - always seeking ways to improve workflows and efficiency
Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI / Claude, Dust.tt / Glean, automation tools)
Understanding of emerging protocols like MCP and willingness to learn new AI integration standards
Communication & Influence:
Excellent communication in English (critical for global mission success)
Nice to have: French proficiency (a plus but not required)
Strong influence and persuasion skills - proven ability to drive change across organizational levels
High empathy and product management mindset - ability to understand and translate user needs globally
Problem-Solving & Autonomy:
Natural problem-solver who thrives working autonomously across time zones
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in fast-paced environment
Technical curiosity - willing to deep dive any technical topic when required
