- Support Operations in the advanced analysis of data generated by the business, and make recommendations
- Support Operations Managers in the design and implementation of their team roadmap
- Challenge and improve existing KPIs and dashboards
- Formalize and maintain key operations processes, and propose improvements/automations/outsourcing in order to better cope with strong growth
- You are fluent in English and French
- You have a solid management project experience
