Who we are

Travel should be exciting to plan—not overwhelming. That’s why, in 2013, four travel lovers set out to change the game. They created Worldia, a platform that makes it easy for travel agencies to build, customize, and book unforgettable trips for their clients—all in just a few clicks.

We partner with travel agencies giving them the tools to offer made-to-measure journeys across 90+ destinations, backed by cutting-edge technology and top-tier customer support.

And because we have a winning formula, we're continuing to drive our growth—expanding internationally, innovating our tech, and welcoming new partners to reimagine the future of travel.

Ready to be part of the journey?

Missions

As our HR Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive employee experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle. You’ll support daily HR operations, manage payroll and benefits, and be the go-to person for employee questions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare contracts, onboard new hires on HR tools (Swile, Alan, Lucca, Skello) & monitor trial periods.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records (addresses, permits, absences).
  • Collect & validate variable pay elements; handle monthly payroll prep with external providers.
  • Administer benefits (meal vouchers, health insurance) & ensure compliance for all contract types.
  • Support employees and managers on HR processes and questions throughout the employee journey.
  • Assist with training administration, exit interviews, offboarding, and dismissals.
  • Keep HR tools updated, contribute to process improvements, and train users on HR systems.

What we are looking for:

The skill set to succeed:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or payroll
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools (we use Lucca & Skello).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable communicating in French and English (spoken & written).
  • Eager to work in an international, fast-growing environment.

Benefits & Perks

  • Hybrid working model: 2 days remote per week + 4 weeks remote within the EU annually.
  • Well located, beautiful offices in the 17th arrondissement.
  • Access to a mutuelle through Alan.
  • €11.50 lunch vouchers to enjoy great meals (60% paid by Worldia)
  • Discounts on travel and trips.
