We're looking for our CTO/VP Engineering who has a passion for creating, testing and delivering world class products, to join our company.

This is a high profile role with the responsibility to make a significant impact across the business.

You will build and lead our Engineering Team, you will be responsible for leading the technology team and driving the development of first-class products and code while ensuring the security and integrity of our platform. 

We give a lot of space, autonomy and ownership to our people, with the right level of Responsibility to help you try, learn and experiment new things to get things done and amazing results.

Your missions

-> Leadership & Management : Lead and manage the technology team. This includes hiring, mentoring, and developing team members, as well as defining team goals and priorities to ensure a high-performance culture and foster professional growth. Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with the overall business objectives of worklife.io.

-> Code Quality : Set and enforce coding standards in coordination with our Tech Director, best practices, and quality assurance processes to ensure the development of clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Review and provide feedback on code written by the development team. You will ensure that all engineering work is of the highest quality, and that the team is building scalable and reliable systems. No black box. 

-> Security : Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Most of our clients are large enterprises that require advance security measures.

-> Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, especially product and ops, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing to drive organizational success. You’ll help people communicate, report and contribute to requested meetings. You easily lead communication across the company.

Qualifications

Pre-requisites:

A strong expertise with our backend stack 

A strong experience in management tech team with differents profiles

A good understanding of best practices for orchestrating micro-services

An english high level, you will coach an european team
