In other words, we’re looking for someone who is proficient in the sales environment and KPIs so we can have productive business and strategy conversations and be driven by objective data and numbers. But at the same time, we want to have someone who can build meaningful, genuine relationships with people and customers/prospects from a wide range of backgrounds and will infuse this to the entire team.

You’re a sales expert, genuinely collaborative and driven and excited by high performance.
You are excited about and experienced in finding tactics for pipeline generation
You have experience in long sales cycles, complex deals.
You are excited about and driven by bringing long-term value to our current and potential customers and not about “hard selling” in the short-term.
You have 6+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company with progressive leadership and management in sales
You’re a continuous learner: you’re taking feedback as a gift and look for ways to continuousely improve
You are known for your superior listening and empathy skills and people like working with you
You’re a team player at heart and you’re recognized for your collaborative attitude
Entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. You thrive to get things done, with a strong attention to detail
You can work both in French and English (we’re an English-first company)
If you have a working knowledge of the EdTech industry and Product-led Growth strategies, it’s really a strong plus
