In this strategic and dynamic position, not only will you be responsible for developing buyer personas and orchestrating multi-channel inbound campaigns, but you will also manage a Field Marketer dedicated to feeding the pipeline through various field activities.🌟

Strategic Marketing Leadership 🎯 (≈40%)
Develop and refine our Buying Persona to align marketing strategies with customer profiles.
Plan, create, and analyze inbound multi-channel campaigns to attract high-quality leads.
Continuously review and iterate on existing inbound campaigns to improve results.
Manage and mentor the Field Marketer, guiding their field marketing activities to contribute effectively to the lead generation pipeline.
Sales Alignment and Collaboration 🤝 (≈30%)
Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure alignment with market insights.
Generate high-quality SQLs for the sales team, directly contributing to the sales pipeline.
Ensure smooth coordination between marketing and sales for seamless lead transition.
Inbound Lead Optimization 🔍 (≈30%)
Implement and optimize website strategies for effective lead capture, focusing on strategic web pages to maximize inbound lead potential.
Drive the adoption of CRM and marketing automation tools; oversee their implementation as a key initial project.
Develop and manage lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel efficiently.
Location : Paris, in the vibrant co-working space of Schoolab, rue de Milan, in the 9th arrondissement.

You have at least 5 years of marketing experience, specifically in demand generation and inbound marketing.
Your expertise in crafting effective multi-channel marketing campaigns is demonstrable and impactful.
You are experienced in developing and using buyer personas for targeted marketing strategies.
You possess strong skills in implementing and optimizing CRM and marketing automation tools.
Collaborating with sales teams comes naturally to you, and you’re adept at aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Your approach is data-driven, with strong analytical skills essential for campaign analysis and optimization.
As an entrepreneurial-minded top performer, you have an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
