Intern Account Executive - UK market

Join Naboo, a fast-growing start-up in the heart of Paris, as an Intern Account Executive for the UK market. In this role, you will be responsible for turning leads into satisfied customers, understanding clients' specific needs, and guiding them through the sales cycle. You will support clients in finding solutions for their seminar/team retreat needs, qualify leads, suggest improvements to internal processes, contribute to product development, participate in strategic discussions, and train new team members. This position does not involve cold calling.

As a Sales rep for the UK Market, you have the responsibility

You will have a key role… 🔑 turning a lead into a satisfied customer. To achieve this, you will need to understand the clients’ specific needs, build transparent and trusting relationships, and guide them through the sales cycle to successfully close deals 💪.

During this exciting journey, here are the tasks you will take on:

  • Support clients (firm requests obtained via marketing or repeat customers) in finding solutions for their seminar/team retreat needs using the Naboo product and collection.

  • Qualify leads provided by marketing or SDRs, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within client accounts.

  • Suggest improvements to internal processes.

  • Contribute to product development.

  • Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo.

  • Train new team members.

The position does not involve cold calling.


Profil recherché

You are the ideal candidate if :

  • You have initial experience as an SDR or Account Executive in a start-up or scale-up.

  • You are a native English speaker 🇬🇧

  • If you speak French, this is a plus, but not a must

Déroulement des entretiens

First round: 15-min interview with Country Manager

Second round: 1-hour business case

Third round: Speed dating (1:1 meeting with 4-5 persons randomly chosen for a culture fit)
