Descriptif du poste

We’re looking for a Retail Education Manager to join our client’s team, a leading beauty brand, for a 4 month renewable mission, starting as soon as possible. You will be responsible for deploying the Retail Education strategy by developing online and offline modules to ensure the perfect technical mastery of the brand’s products by point of sale personnel.


_ Define the training paths and actions for each of the stakeholders In collaboration with the Corporate Education team (for category and processes) for brand training

_ Design the schedule/calendar of training actions for the year online & offline Pedagogy

_ Design online & offline brand and category training modules, including following the briefing from the Corporate Education team

_ Lead the design of new Education projects, e-learning modules, and brand competitions

_ Facilitate beauty advisor training, live shopping/livestreaming

_ Monitor the training budget/budget pilot dashboard

_ Report performance evaluation KPIs to relevant recipients and conduct training evaluations

Profil recherché

_ Minimum 5 years of experience in retail education, training, or related position in the Beauty sector with an innovative brand on both face-to-face and digital aspects

_ Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and resources while adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

_ Experience designing or implementing mobile app learning is a plus

_ Proven experience in retail & sales

_ Fluent in both French and English
