MARKETING: support the Marketing Manager in growing brand awareness and boosting sales through communication across multiple channels. Including:
Social Media: Take ownership on on Facebook&Instagram strategy and weekly content management to increase reach, engagement, and followers. Content production, User-generated content, community management, results report.
Develop and scale other Social Media channels such as TikTok & Pinterest
CRM & Email Marketing: contribute to weekly newsletters production.
SEO & Content: Contribute to website SEO optimization, especially through regular blog articles creation.
360° Campaigns: Participate in the execution of cross-channel campaigns (product launches, retail events, etc.).
Press Relations: Help activate and manage press outreach efforts to grow the brand visibility in media.
COMMERCIAL: Act as a brand ambassador and provide customers with the best possible experience.
Proactively respond to customer inquiries.
Manually update orders in the Shopify back office as needed (updates, cancellations, etc.).
Escalate complaints and complex cases when necessary.
Candidates should have some good knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and at least 6 months of experience liaising with customers.
C1 level in French speaker, C1 level in English and Spanish is a great advantage.

After this, you will meet the client and, hopefully, receive a formal proposal to join us for the recruitment and welcome party!
