Since 2014, Wiremind has positioned itself as a technical company transforming the world of transport and events with a 360° approach combining UX, software, and AI.
Our expertise lies primarily in optimizing and marketing our clients' capacity. We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.
Dynamic and ambitious, we strive to maintain our technical DNA which is the engine of our success. The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composed of engineers and experts and currently supports the growth of our business model based on "software-as-a-service" solutions.
Wiremind is at a pivotal scaling point and we are looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Finance leader to professionalize our financial engine. As our CFO/COO, you will not just "manage" accounts; you will be the architect of our growth data, a strategic partner to the CEO, and the driver of operational excellence across Finance, HR, and Legal.
Data-Driven Steering: Build and maintain robust financial models, rolling forecasts, and budgeting processes that provide real-time visibility.
SaaS Metrics & Unit Economics: Deep dive into CAC/LTV, Cohorts, and Net Retention to guide our Go-To-Market and pricing strategies.
Advanced Reporting: Establish a monthly "Reporting Pack" for the CEO and Board of Directors, turning raw data into strategic insights.
Modern Data Stack: Leverage and implement advanced tools (AI-driven forecasting, automated reporting) to ensure 100% data reliability.
Team Leadership: Directly manage and grow the Finance, HR, and Legal teams. We are looking for a leader who can "blend in" and foster a culture of high performance.
Talent Development: You are responsible for the professional growth of your team members, coaching them to upskill and move toward a more automated, high-value-add way of working.
Process Engineering: Design and implement scalable workflows to support international expansion without adding headcount linearly.
International Footprint: Drive the financial and legal structuring of new international entities. You will be the point person for strategic decisions regarding office openings and global compliance (pre and post-funding).
AI-Tool Fluency: Champion the use of AI and automation (Zapier/Make, AI-assisted contract review, smart spend management) to maximize efficiency across G&A.
Business Partnering: Act as a co-pilot for department heads (Sales, Product, Tech) to align their operational KPIs with financial goals.
Investor Relations: Support the CEO in future financing cycles (equity or debt), ensuring the "Data Room" is always investment-ready and the "Equity Story" is clear.
Experience: 8-12 years of experience. You likely started in Tier-1 Audit/TS or M&A, followed by a successful stint in a high-growth SaaS environment (Director or VP level).
Managerial Depth: You have a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams. You aren't just a technical expert; you are a people leader who knows how to elevate a team.
International Mindset: You have experience navigating international markets and understand the complexities of global operations.
Analytical Powerhouse: You live in spreadsheets but think in systems. You have a "product-mindset" toward finance.
Tech-Forward: Early adopter of AI tools and experience with modern Finance stacks (e.g., Pigment, Pennylane, Spendesk).
English is our primary language but Native-level French is a significant plus for local compliance and team integration.
This is a defining career move. You join at the "Goldilocks" stage: enough revenue for stability, but enough complexity to require a total architectural build.
We are looking for our future CFO/COO. Your impact on the bottom line will directly dictate your trajectory.
