Internship - Communication & Event Manager

Wemanity is a key actor in the leadership of digital transformations for large companies in Europe.

The Marketing and Communication team is looking for an intern in Belgium. You will be in charge of the internal community animation with the deployment of various events, you will also support the communication team and promote the employer brand on the company’s social media.

Your missions :

1. Participation in the communication and development of the internal community and its events
   Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of internal events
   Orchestrate and ensure the smooth running of the events during all stages of organisation
   Anticipate the logistical, operational and organisational needs
   Monitor events/venues and research new concepts
   Assist the communication team on internal actions
   Write communications around the events
   Ensure the follow-up of KPIs and the analysis of the event’s performance
   Carry out internal reward actions
   Manage our stocks and goodies

2. Participation in the employer branding strategy
   Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of candidates events jointly with the recruitment team
   Writing videos scripts and scenarios to showcase our internal culture
   Shooting and editing videos

3. Participate in the animation of social networks
   Contribute to the development of our Linkedin & Instagram strategy
   Develop an editorial calendar to highlight our offers and culture

You may also be asked to intervene on other subjects depending on the needs and your ideas!
