As Head of People, reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and scale Najar’s People strategy during a key hypergrowth phase. You will own all HR topics, from the administrative and legal backbone to strategic People initiatives and build the foundations to support our growth from 50 to 200 employees in the next 24 months.
Your mission is to design a best-in-class employee experience, ensure operational excellence, and act as a true business partner to leadership while fostering a culture of trust, performance, and growth.
Take ownership of and manage all HR-related administrative and legal tasks, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Build and execute a clear People strategy and roadmap to support Najar’s scale-up:
Improve our existing HR standards.
Design and roll out structured career development frameworks.
Shape and strengthen Najar’s culture.
Define and implement annual review processes to ensure performance, engagement, and talent development across all teams.
Support headcount growth from 50 to 200 employees, helping to define and build the different layers of management.
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team: challenge plans, bring data-driven insights, and support decision-making with tact and political acumen.
Lead the implementation of HR tools and scalable processes to support Najar’s growth.
4–5+ years in HR, including at least 2 years in a Lead role in a 100+ employee company.
Proven experience in a hypergrowth environment and exposure to both positive and challenging phases (scale, M&A, layoffs, etc.).
Experience building an HR function from scratch, defining and executing a People strategy end-to-end.
Experience in international and remote-friendly environments.
Has previously reported directly to a CEO and collaborated with Executive Committees.
Experience setting up performance review frameworks, remote policies, and employer branding initiatives.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
