Welii’s core Growth team is growing and is now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager!

We are looking for someone who will bring the inbound strategy to the next level. For that we’re looking for someone who knows how to activate the inbounds channels (Paid ads, SEO, Website, etc…) and who will be launching new verticals and new countries to support the company’s growth !

The growth team is growing fast and we are very ambitious. Our objective is to build a world class team to create a leadgen machine, in order to support the Sales team to close more deals. Within the team, we are result-oriented, committed to getting things done with a creative and Test & Learn mindset! We want the team to be successful, that’s why we are committed to provide the team with the best ressources (people and tools) to make sure we are equipped for success.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll report to the Growth Lead and work closely with the marketing and sales team. Your mains missions are the following:

  1. Improve the amount on qualified meetings from inbound channels (Paid ads, Website & SEO)

  2. Launch and test new channels to generate new sources of leads

For that:

  • You Generate Qualified leads by increasing the performances of Linkedin ads, and iterate on new channels (Google ads, G2 ads, Facebook ads, etc…). Your goal is to increase the conversion rate of leads into M1

  • You transform the Website into a conversion machine, create new landing pages for events, ads or new content. Work with the content to improve conversion on leadmagnets.

  • You’ll launch an SEO strategy to generate more traffic to the website and capture more demand.

  • You support the growth team by experimenting new channels, and speeding up on new verticals/new market.


Profil recherché

Must-have:

  • You have already succeeded in building and scaling an inbound strategies

  • You are data oriented

  • You have already worked in the SaaS industry selling high ACV (+20k€)

  • You have already opened new markets or verticals

  • You have a Test & Learn mindset

  • You speak both French & English fluently (spoken and written)

Nice-to-have:

  • You know how to use Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Webflow

  • You have already targeted C-Levels (CFOs, CTOs, etc…) with inbound campaigns

  • You already worked on a website revamp

  • You already built an inbound team in previous positions
