ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Customer Success intern, you’ll be part of the Belgium Success Team and you will have the opportunity to help our France Success Team team as well !

This team is in charge of making our agencies a success thanks to a narrow follow-up both on Business and Marketing. The success of the team is the success of our franchises.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Follow-up Business KPI’s.

• Updating all business and legal support for our clients.

• Co-organizing trainings for our franchises with internal teams or external parteners

• Co-organizing & coordinating our client events

• Taking notes during meetings and share meeting minutes

• Participate in brainstormings and co-develop the Customer Success strategy

• You are fluent in Dutch & French, and proficiency in English is a plus

• You are eager to learn

• You have a customer relationship mindset

• You have a can-do attitude and are keen to make things happen

• You have strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset

• You are comfortable with taking initiative in projects you are working on

• You are available for a minimum of 3 months
