About the position

To support our strong growth, we are looking for our Product Manager based in Madrid within our Product team… Could it be you ?

BestSafe is a privilege management solution for endpoints. With its unique patented technology, its goal is (mainly) to allow companies to implement the Principle of Least Privilege in a realistically productive way, and with no impact on financial and economic terms. This security principle relies on eliminating all unnecessary privileges, preventing any user error or malicious behavior. BestSafe proposes a proactive approach (in favor to a reactive approach such as antivirus and EDRs), in which privileges are application-based rather than user-based.

The objective of the Product Manager will be to bring the vision and roadmap of our solutions to our sales force, in close collaboration with R&D, Alliances and Customer Success - while analyzing the market, its evolutions and opportunities - and then to implement this roadmap internally. The Product Manager’s focus will be primarily on the solution and the market. This position will involve written and oral communication, and a lot of content creation to evangelize our strategy. The Product Manager’s goal will be to acquire an objective vision of the interest of the evolutions, in particular on the global “business” vision of cybersecurity. He/she will have many internal & external interactions (customers, prospects, analysts…).

What you will do :

  • Represent the overall product strategy for the product line;
  • Manage the product plan based on market demand;
  • Identify/qualify customers’ needs and business opportunities;
  • Adapt the product line to emerging customer needs;
  • Know, analyze and present the market - act as an expert on BestSafe;
  • Translate technical features into business benefits for the customer;
  • Provide marketing and sales training and contribute to the preparation of Marketing Collaterals with the Marketing department;
  • Contribute to marketing events;
  • Lead discussions on vision and technology related topics with customers and identified influencers;
  • Act as a link between the corporate office and sales areas to ensure the delivery of the right messages and actions.

Profil recherché

You :

  • Have 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, know its market and master Cloud solutions,
  • Have a technical background (engineering school…) One or more experience in product marketing and/or sales would be a plus,
  • Have already worked in an international context,
  • Speak English, Spanish (French is a plus),
  • Have the desire to understand our market and our business,
  • Are proactive, creative, have a strong team spirit,
  • Are customer oriented.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • A first video call with the Hiring Manager and the Product Director;

  • A second video call with the HRD, the Product Manager and the Product Marketing Director;

  • A final onsite interview to visit offices and meet your future co-workers.
