Sales & Marketing Team

The Sales & Marketing Team is in charge of the development of Wakeo's commercial activity, as followed :

  • Sales Development Reprensentative : identitify new business opportunities and generate business leads by spreading Wakeo's vision to our potential future clients and implementing new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Account Excecutive : manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to secure, be responsible for Wakeo’s global sales target and be expert of Wakeo’s solution and market.
  • Marketing Team: be responsible for the marketing strategy and ensure a consistency between marketing activities and sales objectives in generating new leads.

Engineering Team

The Engineering Team operates on the different steps of the technical chain and works closely to the Product Team.

We can find three specific areas :

  • Engineering : build , develop and maintain the product.

  • QA : test all the features, deal with bugs and are here to improve the solution.

  • Data : use all Wakeo's datas to implement predicitve models based on machine laerning and give some data anlyses that allow teams to take the right decision about the product.

Product Team

The main purpose of the Product Team is to translate client's needs and communicate the informations to the engineering team in line with the product vision. They provide solutions to the product to improve the customer experience and build strong basement to the solution in relation to Wakeo's roadmap.

Operations Team

The Operations Team aims at delivering Wakeo solution and ensuring the best customer satisfaction along the way :

  • Support Manager : guarantees and enhances user experience through tickets management, documentation and quality monitoring

  • Data Integration Manager : connects customers systems to Wakeo's, monitors the interfaces and the data quality

  • Project Manager : rolls out Wakeo solution into customers' environments, sets up the solution according to customers' needs, identifies potential Product developments

Customer Excellence Team

The Customer Excellence Manager is the the chosen contact near the customers to support them in their use and the follow up of the product.

As Customer Excellence Manager, there are two main missions :

  • Pre-sales : analyze prospect requirements, build customer's story and ensure successful closure.
  • Post-sales : be an expert on the product and maintain up to date knowledge of the sector, ensure customer success and achieve "joint success plan" with the customers.
