Main role:

Wakam became a Mission Company in March 2021, and as such, we have incorporated our commitments into our legal status: you can find them here. Clear language is one of our 9 Mission commitments. It resonates with our Mission Statement, "Enabling transparent and impactful insurance". This way, we have set ourselves the ambition of transforming the Terms and Conditions of our contracts to make them more readable and understandable from the first reading. This involves 2 levels of transformation. The first is an intermediate level (design and summary sheet), and the second is a complete transformation (wording, structure, sequence logic, examples, design, and summary sheet). Clear language is our most challenging commitment in terms of people contribution, time, and long-term vision. The Mission team will hand off the project and assist whenever necessary.

Day-to-day:

Manage the KPIs associated with the clear language engagement by identifying the most appropriate actions for the progress of the project:

• Monitor and update contract status on our CRM (transformation, upcoming, out of scope)
• Ensure coordination of the contributing teams : Product, Legal, Communication
• Coordinate with external service providers (quotes, deadlines, deliverables format) and manage the transfer of skills to internal teams related to previously delivered POCs
• Transform between 1 and 1.5 products per month
• Report progress to the Mission Committee every 3 months
• Finalize our Clear Language guide for our B2B partners to explain our approach, our expectations, the way to achieve them, and the associated labeling

✯ Profile

• Master Degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Management of new organizations or equivalent
• Successful experience in project management in high-growth environments. Experience in Insurance is a plus
• Passionate about digital transformation, new organizational modes, and social and societal commitments at the heart of a business model
• Comfortable with agile methods and frameworks
• Ability to project a strategic vision and implement it at the operational level
• Tools management: MS Office suite
• Fluency in French & English is essential (spoken and written)
• Taste for teamwork and project mode
• Good communication and prioritization skills
