Wakam wants to reinforce the monitoring of its partners in production across Europe with a portfolio management and service level approach.

As a Partnerships Project Manager, you will report to the Team Lead Phase 4 in the Partnership team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Support the portfolio management strategy working in pairs with our business developers to manage existing partners and partnerships in production.
  • Be accountable for the respect of deadlines and touchpoints (QBR, yearly 360° review, renewal) with the key partners in your scope
  • Coordinate with internal teams the projects related to product / pricing / operational model evolution and respond to our partner’s needs.
  • Steer the termination of partnerships with the different teams involved when required.
  • Ensure alerts are raised in due time, suggest then follow actions plans and remediation.
  • Produce and maintain a simple reporting and improve our monitoring tools.
  • Identify the dysfunctions and suggest improvement axis / tools in a continuous improvement approach.

Profile

With a bachelor’s degree (Bac +5), from a business school or university, you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project manager / PMO in an international environment; an experience in the insurance sector would be a plus.
  • Appreciate teamwork and to collaborate in a demanding context.
  • Organized, rigorous and capacity to be flexible to coordinate several topics with pragmatism.
  • Ability to follow several topics at the same time.
  • Force of proposal to improve processes and tools to improve partner satisfaction.
  • Appreciate fast-paced environment and want to get involved in a high growth company located in the center of Paris.
  • Strong communication and capacity to work in English
