The following are the key responsibilities of our future Head of Finance Program :

• Define & Deploy Finance Transformation Roadmap (set up processes, promote automation, deploy new IT tools, set up KPIs and reportings)
• Drive projects and secure Run through improving process & tooling Finance framework
• Report to CFO and act as a Business Partner for Finance on a large scope of work : cash management and collection, accounting and tax, FP&A, procurement, corporate finance & legal

✯ The Profile we are looking at

Qualifications & experience :

• Engineering, Business School or University Master Degree in Corporate Finance
• Experience : minimum 5 years on a similar position in a strategy consulting firm and/or a large international insurance group
• Proven leadership & project management experience
• Ability to project a strategic vision
• At ease with setting-up processes & tools from scratch
• Fluency in oral and written English

• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and diplomacy
• Natural authority and high level of maturity
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Excellent team player
