Your day-to-day role:
Work closely with VP HR, Top Management and HR Team to identify strategic HR areasActively contribute to building a top-notch HR function based on excellence, proactivity and automationPropose solutions to increase efficiency of our global HR processesDesign and lead projects matching company’s interests with employees expectations for key HR topics such as performance reviews, talent management, leadership & management programsProfile
Significant experience in HR in an international environment or Tier 1 Consulting firmFull proficiency in French and EnglishProblem-solving enthusiasm with capacity to both take a step back and tackle very hands-on topicsData-driven with great communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization
