Volta has created a data collection and enrichment ecosystem for curated EP lab data which is fed into a physician validated, machine learning methodology to support complex AF solutions. Our newest technology, Volta AF-Xplorer, is a data-driven AI decision support system that easily integrates into the standard physician workflow, providing a patient-tailored approach to complex AF and AT procedures.

  • Missions

  • Under the supervision of the QA Team Leader, the QA Assistant Apprentice will be responsible for:
  • Customer complaints handling

  • Translate event reporting forms into customer complaint record
  • Perform nitial assessment of the need for event reporting
  • Lead the follow-up of complaint investigation, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Prepare customer
  • letters in response to complaints, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
  • Non-Conformity and CAPA handling

  • Open, monitor investigations and action implementation
  • Liaise with stakeholders to address non-conformity
  • Assist the QA team

  • Manage and improve the Quality Management System
  • Help and support the preparation and conduct of audits by the Notified Body
  • Participation in the administration of the Electronic Document Management (EDM)
  • Collaborate with R&D team in participating in the updating of technical documentation
  • Contribute to the monitoring of quality objectives, taking into account the company’s objectives.
  • Profile

  • You have training at BAC+5 level with a specialization in medical devices
  • You have a first experience in Quality (internship), which is a plus
  • You have knowledge of standards such as EN ISO 13485 and Regulation 2017/745
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You have a rigorous approach to quality documentation
