Your mission

Help us unlock new revenue channels by building and scaling partnerships that enable our product, add value for our customers, and generate qualified leads. You’ll turn partnerships into a key growth engine.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities across healthcare tech, EHRs, and distributors.

  • Negotiate and structure win-win models (integrations, resellers, distribution, co-marketing).

  • Manage projects and relationships across markets and specialties.

  • Track KPIs (leads + revenue) and make sure partnerships deliver measurable impact.

  • Work closely with sales, product, and ops to execute fast and professionally.

Expected outcomes

In 1 month – You understand our product, our customers, and their ecosystem. You’ve mapped potential partners and started outreach.

In 3 months – You’ve initiated concrete discussions, took ownership of all current partnerships, launched at least one new type of partnership, and built a clear pipeline of opportunities.

In 12 months – You’ve closed multiple partnerships that are already driving new leads and revenue, and you’re running them with structure, metrics, and automation.

Who you are

This is you if…

  • You like unlocking complex situations, speaking with people, negotiating, and working on strategic aspects of growth.

  • You enjoy being creative in how to do business and know how to do effective outreach.

  • You’re organized and can handle many stakeholders at once with the help of tools and automation.

It’s a plus if you:

  • You already know the healthcare industry or have your own network.

  • You’ve worked with multiple organizations and successfully scaled partnerships before.

Hiring Process

1️⃣ Introductory interview (20 min)

Conversation with the Head of Sales to get to know each other and confirm overall alignment.

2️⃣ Situational interview (1h30)

Interview with the CEO and Head of Sales: targeted questions + a sales role-play + debrief.

3️⃣ Founders interview (30 min)

Meeting with the two co-founders to discuss vision, culture, and ambition.

4️⃣ Reference checks
