As the Head of Brand, you’ll be the architect of VO2 Group’s cultural identity. You’ll lead a dedicated team in infusing our unique spirit into every aspect of our operations, creating a workplace that inspires, motivates, and empowers individuals to achieve exceptional results. Your responsibilities:


- Champion and cultivate VO2 Group’s unique culture, fostering a cohesive and vibrant environment across our global network.
- Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing campaigns, encompassing advertising, public relations, and social media initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Empower mid-level leaders to become cultural ambassadors, fostering a sense of ownership and purpose among our teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate the brand into all aspects of the company’s business.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
- Serve as the voice of VO2 Group internally and externally.


Profil recherché

7+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the tech industry.
Deep understanding of branding and event principles, coupled with a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful campaigns.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively.
Fluency in French and English.

Note: Some business travel may be required.
