As part of the Business Operations team, you will be the go-to person for the commercial and marketing tech stack. Your role is to improve end-to-end revenue performance by ensuring smooth processes and strong alignment between the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring consistency and reliability of sales and marketing data (HubSpot CRM, automations, reporting, pipeline tracking, lead attribution).
Building and maintaining dashboards to enable accurate revenue steering (pipeline, forecast, churn, LTV, CAC).
Optimizing lead conversion and opportunity management processes.
Defining and tracking Sales & Marketing performance KPIs in close collaboration with management.
Rolling out cross-functional projects to improve productivity across client-facing teams.
Training and supporting users to ensure strong adoption of RevOps tools and processes.
You have 2–5 years of meaningful experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B environment.
You are proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent) and have already worked on workflow automation.
You have a strong data-driven mindset and a solid understanding of performance measurement (advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI knowledge is a plus).
You are comfortable structuring and documenting processes, and you know how to bring teams on board.
You are curious, analytical, and pragmatic: you always look to improve existing systems rather than accept inefficiencies.
