Descriptif du poste

Context:
VivaTech jumpstarts business and collaboration with the global tech and startup community. We construct programs for startups aiming to scale, for students to discover the tech universe, for job seekers to find their next career, for associations to help them develop, and a full day for the general public to join the leaders in tech as we spotlight the innovations of the future. During the four days of VivaTech at Porte de Versailles, Paris will be the capital of tech bringing thousands of tech experts, thought leaders, and the best worldwide startups and innovations. VivaTech also offers a program of side events organized by VivaTech, by our partners and by other members of the tech ecosystem. Your mission will be to coordinate VivaTech’s side event strategy and to help ensure a strong value proposition for all our audiences.

Missions:
Coordination of the Side Events Strategy

  • Set up events and schedule
  • Manage communications across various platforms
  • Coordinate with clients / sponsors / partners
  • Coordinate with the production team (Publicis Live) and independent organizers
  • Manage the marketing strategy with the marketing team
  • Manage invitations with the Key Account Managers / Marketing and Ecosystem teams

Coordination of the VIP program / VIP Lounge at VivaTech

  • Manage the creation and deployment of the VivaLounge and VIP Side Event program with the Publicis Live team.
  • Plann VIP events and meetings
  • Brief operational teams
  • Coordinate with the Vivalounge Sponsor

Coordination of the Perks

  • Perks are special offers from VivaTech Partners for visitors and exhibitors.
  • Manage these partnership opportunities. Close deals with startups / media partners / other VivaTech partners.
  • Coordinate with the Product team to list perks across various platforms (website, application, etc)
  • Coordinate of the communication plan with the marketing team (CRM, social network, etc).

Profil recherché

About you

  • You are fluent in English and French (native English is a real plus, other languages appreciated);
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience leading projects in the events industry, hospitality or strategic consulting (media, communication agency, consulting firms, events & conferences …).

Project management is a no-brainer for you;

  • You are creative and project-driven, passionate about innovation, new technologies and ideas;
  • You have a good knowledge of global experience strategy, and you can quickly understand and develop an experience road map
  • You are at ease with writing and speaking to interact with multicultural professionals;
  • You have very good interpersonal skills and are a good communicator both internally and externally ;
  • You are autonomous and able to take the initiative
  • The ability to multitask is crucial as well as being
