As our Marketing Manager Apprentice, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and Growth team on both strategic campaigns and day-to-day execution across six core areas:
Help coordinate industry events, conferences, and webinars (logistics, stand material, speaker prep)
Track and analyse event ROI: attendees, leads generated, conversion rates
Support CRM updates and lead attribution post-event
Draft and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
Track engagement metrics and optimize for reach and impact
Monitor relevant industry accounts and trends for sharing
Assist with formatting and publishing blog posts, case studies, and customer stories
Help localize or adapt materials for target geographies (FR/EN)
Work with design tools (Figma/Canva) for visuals, diagrams, and layout
Prepare slides and dashboards for weekly marketing reviews
Track performance of inbound campaigns, email flows, social posts, etc.
Support HubSpot and CRM reporting setup
Help update and optimize website content (new pages, landing pages, case studies)
Collaborate with design/tech team for UX improvements
Support keyword research and light SEO audits
Monitor and qualify inbound leads through HubSpot
Assign scores and routes leads to the sales team
Help design workflows for better handoff and nurturing
Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy, or Business from Top European Business Schools
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Data-driven and curious about SaaS and urban tech
Comfortable using or learning tools like HubSpot, Canva/Figma, Notion, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Bonus: interest in mobility, cities, sustainability or govtech
