As we grow our team and customer base in France, we’re looking for a People & Operations Manager who brings passion for people topics, strong organizational skills, and solid knowledge of French HR and administrative processes. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all employee-related and operational matters in France—helping us create an environment where people thrive and our business runs smoothly.
On a given day, as a People & Operations Manager, you will:
1. Kickoff Chat (30-45 mins): Start with a friendly virtual chat with Amelie (VP People & culture), to explore practical aspects and get a feel for our culture and the opportunity, conducted in English.
2. Showcase Your Skills (1 hour): Meet Amelie and Stef, legal consultant, for a case where you can shine by demonstrating your P&C Knowledge and organisational strength, conducted in English.
3. Leadership Chat (15-30 mins): A conversation with Patrick, our Managing Director, conducted in English.
4. Onsite Team Meet: A chance to meet the french team either virtually or in person, based on availability.
Competitive Salary: Base €40-50k on full time equivialent
