Role overview

In a context of accelerated growth and international expansion, we are looking for an experienced HR Director to scale and structure the HR function while ensuring strong social and legal governance across jurisdictions. Operating at a strategic level, the role will reinforce organizational maturity, support international workforce expansion, and enable the company’s next phase of development.

Key responsibilities

  1. HR Strategy & Organizational Scaling

    • Define and execute the HR roadmap aligned with business objectives

    • Lead organizational design and workforce planning across countries

    • Structure performance management and career development frameworks

    • Support leadership development and managerial capability in an international environment

    • Ensure the organization is scalable and aligned with global growth ambitions

  2. Social & Legal Governance

    • Lead relations with employee representative bodies (CSE)

    • Manage labour law matters in coordination with external counsel

    • Oversee complex individual and collective cases

    • Ensure compliance with French employment regulations and oversee international HR compliance frameworks

  3. Compensation & HR Frameworks

    • Structure compensation and internal equity frameworks

    • Define and formalize HR policies ensuring global consistency with local adaptation

    • Support international mobility and cross-border employment setups

  4. HR Operations, Processes & Systems

    • Oversee the reliability and continuous improvement of HR operations

    • Structure and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle

    • Ensure data accuracy, reporting quality, and compliance standards

    • Drive HR tools efficiency and system scalability at international level


Profil recherché

  • Senior HR leader (10–15+ years’ experience)

  • Experience in scale-up or high-growth international environments

  • Solid expertise in French labour law and social dialogue

  • Exposure to multi-country HR management and cross-border workforce structuring

  • Ability to balance global consistency with local regulatory requirements

  • Business-oriented mindset, comfortable working closely with Finance

  • Experienced in strengthening HR operations, tools and process reliability


Déroulement des entretiens

  1. A phone interview with Guillaume (Talent Acquisition Manager) and Doriane (HR Manager).

  2. A few interviews with the Executive Team (Yanis and David).

  3. Technical assessment.
