About the role

Vestiaire Collective is searching for a CRM & Business Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and executing promotional, brand and seasonal campaigns, maintaining the campaign calendar as well as reporting on CRM & Business performance.

This role is responsible for US Buyer and Seller retention and growth through daily brand & seasonal campaigns as well as reporting on main US CRM & Business metrics. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the strategy and campaign plans to drive frequency, retention, and ensure growth in the US. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager of CRM.

What you will do 👜

  • Own end-to-end email, push, IAM and additional campaign executions, including campaign building and set up, targeting and workflow set up, QA process and deployment
  • Collaborate with data, research, and analytics teams to understand campaign performance and develop new testing strategies based on those insights
  • Maintain and cleanup the CRM platform as well as facilitate the data being entered/imported into CRM
  • Conduct ongoing testing and analysis on all campaigns, make informed decisions that optimize performance
  • Report on daily CRM & business performance metrics, support on gathering insights on US metrics to inform CRM & business decisions, participate in monthly performance review 
  • Who you are ⭐

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction. Master's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of applicable Marketing or Business Performance experience
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • CRM Platform experience in Braze (preferred), Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, particularly email HTML and CSS
  • Proficient in Excel (or equivalent) and ability to analyze performance metrics using visualization tools (e.g.Tableau dashboards ,Braze reports, etc.)
  • Proficient in Figma (or comparability customer journey visualization tools)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems

    Annual salary of $70,000 - $85,000 + up to 10% annual bonus
