About the role
Vestiaire Collective is searching for a CRM & Business Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and executing promotional, brand and seasonal campaigns, maintaining the campaign calendar as well as reporting on CRM & Business performance.
This role is responsible for US Buyer and Seller retention and growth through daily brand & seasonal campaigns as well as reporting on main US CRM & Business metrics. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the strategy and campaign plans to drive frequency, retention, and ensure growth in the US. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager of CRM.
