Valtech is looking for a Growth Lead for CPG Vertical (all genders). Are you passionate about developing, implementing, and optimizing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention ? A day in the life of a Growth Lead for CPG Vertical (all genders)

As a Growth Lead for CPG Vertical (all genders), you fulfil an essential role. You will mainly be responsible for understanding customer behavior, identifying growth opportunities and building strategies in continuous collaboration with all the stakeholders.

In addition, you will: 

  • Prospect, pitch, and win new business across the CPG industry, translating Valtech’s offerings into compelling value propositions for C-suite executives
  • Drive the CPG sales pipeline development close partnership with the Lead of the CPG Vertical
  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against KPIs and targets with the strong emphasis on new business sales
  • Working and coaching with sales colleagues in the CPG Vertical
  • Lead end-to-end presales / RFP response / pitch process through qualification, win strategy definition, engagement of appropriate resources such as solution engineers, professional services leads, partner executives etc.
  • Participate in relevant marketing and CPG industry events
  • Systematically collaborate with Valtech’s key technology platform partners in the region, e.g. Microsoft, Sitecore, SAP, Adobe, Google, commercetools, and others
  • Accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery
  • Keep up with industry trends in professional digital agency services and Valtech clients’ CPG industry
  • Keep up with client success case studies and services value proposition development within Valtech

You and the role

You are someone with +10 years of experience in pitching and growing (new) business in CPG industry. Taking the lead/making decisions/proactively setting things in motion is something that you feel comfortable doing.

We would love if you have:

  • A solid network of clients, partners, stakeholders to grow the CPG Vertical in Europe
  • The ability to look for new ways to learn, improve and adopt when needed
  • Excellent French and English communication skills both written and verbal
  • A we-before-me mentality, always keen to celebrating successes together
