A day in the life of a Conversion Rate Optimization Lead - Adobe Target

As the Conversion Rate Optimization Lead - Adobe Target, your main focus will be to utilize your Adobe Target expertise to develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance client conversion rates and customer experience. This involves analyzing user behavior, conducting tests, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to translate insights into actions, ensuring continuous optimization and measurable business impact.

As a valued member of the European Adobe team, you will collaborate with colleagues across different European locations, reporting directly to our VP Adobe in Munich, Germany. You'll thrive in our collaborative and innovative environment, contributing to the continued success and impact of Valtech's Adobe business.

In addition, you will: 

  • Serve as a trusted consultant for our clients, identifying opportunities to deliver exceptional value through optimizing customer journeys and conversion rates
  • Drive business development by participating in presales, crafting estimations, and contributing to discovery workshops
  • Take ownership of projects as an integral team member, leading the implementation and management of robust A/B or multivariate tests
  • Uncover optimization opportunities through thorough analysis and provide actionable recommendations for our clients
  • SME expertise in Adobe products, preferrably Adobe Target, with a proven track record of enhancing customer journeys and increasing conversion rates
  • Experience in pre-sales and sales cycles, enriching our team with insights and strategies
  • A strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools to craft innovative testing and personalization concepts
  • A foundational understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with similar products such as Optimizely enhancing your potential contributions to our team
  • Curious and open mindset to expand knowledge to include Adobe products like Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • A valid Adobe Target Certification, with additional experience in the Adobe Experience Cloud being advantageous
