This is where you come in

You will Productize our services and define the offering(s) with the product management team while being customer-centric, and focusing on the value proposition that our offerings provide.You will package the offering, pricing strategy and profitability model with the product management team. You will work with the sales and pre-sales team to equip them with tools and assets that support the customer buyer journey and closing the sales gap faster.You In this role, you should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, and your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products & services.

Things you'll be working on

- Provide sales with tools needed to win opportunities and better position Valiantys in sales engagements

- Create compelling narratives and value propositions for Valiantys solutions by collaborating with our sales, product management and delivery teams

- Establish a referral program and help us create advocates across the customer base

- Create messaging and tools to equip our enterprise direct sales teams and alliances and ecosystem partners to successfully identify, engage, and close deals (includes pitch decks, datasheets, customer stories, proposal descriptions for solutions, and sales plays)

- Identify win/loss scenarios to create compelling assets and programs to increase sales effectiveness

- Create competitive battle cards, messaging, and other assets both for our sales team as well as, for marketing and demand generation

- Support the gathering of market and competitor insights, and stay abreast with devOps and emerging tech trends

- Align key alliances and ecosystem partners’ products/apps with Valiantys solutions

- Understand- the sales cycle and customer buyer journey to align marketing efforts and create tools supporting various scenarios and sales effectiveness

- Liaise with our Customer Success Managers and Heads of Professional Services to better understand how we can improve our customer experience

- Collaborate with strategists and campaign leads on go-to-market assets and integrated marketing campaigns

- Develop and/or work with content writers on thought leaderships and ebooks for Agile at Scale, ITSM, Cloud, and Managed Services

- Be a subject matter expert on our solutions, and being the key liaison between product management and marketing campaign leads

Whom are we looking for?

- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role

- Agile at Scale, ITSM, Cloud, and Managed Services

Minimum of 5+ years experience in product marketing management in the tech, B2B enterprise software, consulting and professional services industries

- Some level of experience in pre-sales engineering, business development and sales are an asset

- Experience in market analysis

- Familiar with product marketing tactics.

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Keen eye for detail

Preferable

- IT industry or IT consulting/services background

- Working with multiple teams like sales, pre-sales and delivery

- Salesforce, Pardot, Social Networks, Office

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or related fields
