We are at a fascinating juncture in our history. As we have grown so fast in the past few years, we now want to establish more mature processes and evolve our positioning further up the value chain. We are developing our solutions to encompass ever larger transformation projects. Our customers are changing from operational administrators to executives and C-levels. Sales at Valiantys also needs to gain in maturity and facilitate this evolution of the business, and we need someone to lead all our cross-functional sales initiatives.

This is where you come in.

We're seeking a Marketing Program Manager looking after market and competitor intelligence, campaign strategy and execution, and championing close working relationships with key stakeholders to help ensure the organisation is successful. 

Questions you'll help answer

- How do we position our solutions vs our competitors to gain an edge and win more deals?

- How do we elevate our brand, strengthen and nurture client relationships, and increase revenue through our marketing initiatives?

- How do we evolve our messaging and positioning to reflect our aspirations to be seen by C-level clients across all industries?

- How do we measure our campaign performance and leverage data to make better decisions?

- How do we align our global marketing initiatives with local marketing initiatives?

- How do we establish the right processes and collaboration mechanisms to ensure alignment between global and local marketing initiatives?

Things you'll be working on

- Conducting market and competitor intelligence reports, and determining how we can better differentiate and position ourselves in the external market.

- Partner with global and regional marketing managers to drive global marketing campaigns and business results

- Strategize and execute “big idea” global campaigns by collaborating with our internal and external agencies

- Develop global campaign roll out toolkits for regional marketing adoption, and provide guidance to regional marketing on local deployment needs

- Collaborate with global marketing team members on strategic approaches and messaging, and how to improve campaign performance.

- Project manage all integrated marketing initiatives using our campaign management tools, while leveraging automation to drive efficiency and better campaign performance

- Be a key contributor to driving content and digital strategy with global marketing team leads

- Collaborate with ecosystem partners on joint marketing initiatives and strengthening those relationships

We are looking for:

- Proven relevant experience in marketing program management, preferably in a global, matrix - organisation.

- In-depth understanding of campaign management and execution

- Experience working in technology and ideally in an IT or professional services company

- Proven content storytelling and digital marketing skills

- An analytics thinker who can turn campaign data into meaningful insights

- Proficient with CRM management and other relevant sales and marketing automation tools

- An English-speaking individual; knowledge of French is an asset
