Uxopian Software is expanding — and so is the ambition of our Product Design team.

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) who’s eager to bring value, take initiative, and shape great user experiences across our suite of products.

You’ll join the Uxopian Product Design team, working on solutions that help users manage documents, workflows, and information more efficiently. From visualizing large document sets to simplifying collaboration on complex processes, your mission is to make the experience clear, intuitive, and effective.

A growing part of your role will also involve designing how users interact with AI-powered features — making intelligent automation accessible, understandable, and truly useful. You’ll help define how AI adoption is experienced by our users.

You’ll be embedded in one of our Product Squads — ARender, Fast2, or FlowerDocs — and work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers to explore problems, prototype solutions, and bring ideas to life.

🎯 Your mission

• Research user needs and pain points, both through data and direct conversations;

• Go meet users, test ideas in the field, and confront prototypes with real-world feedback;

• Quickly prototype and iterate on new features and flows;

• Design clean, usable interfaces that solve meaningful problems;

• Collaborate with your squad to deliver value in each iteration;

• Help users adopt and benefit from AI-driven features in a seamless and transparent way;

• Contribute to the shared design system and help grow our design culture.

📍 Position based in Nantes or Paris.

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer;

• Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma;

• Strong knowledge of UX best practices and a clear, structured design process;

• Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions;

• A strong creative vision and the ability to turn ideas into actionable designs;

• A proactive mindset — you take initiative and know how to bring value without waiting for direction;

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit;

• Fluent in French and English to collaborate in an international environment.

🌟 Bonus points if you have experience working with document management solutions or designing AI-powered user experiences.

• Intro call (30 min, remote) – A first conversation with the Product Manager and a Product Designer to get to know each other, introduce Uxopian, and discuss the role and your background.

• Technical interview + design exercise (1h, remote) – A deep dive into your portfolio and design approach, followed by a short practical exercise to assess your UX/UI skills and problem-solving mindset.

• Final chat – A meeting with the Product Leadership team to align on long-term vision, collaboration style, and expectations.
