Recruitment context
You will be joining the People & Finance team, with a 2026 objective of 30-35 full-time recruitments, mainly in France, with strong variety : Real Estate & Hospitality operations, Sales, Finance, Tech, Construction, Corporate functions (ESG, legal).
You will handle the whole recruitment process from the manager kick-off meeting to the closing. This position reports to Pierre, our HR Manager.
Besides him, you will work with Augusta, our Office Manager, and Remi, our Finance Manager.
Depending on your skills and interests, this role may evolve towards a more HR generalist scope (2 years approx.) both on France and Spain.
Your missions
1/ Recruitment delivery, internal coordination and reporting (70%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles : kick-off meeting, job description, inbound and outbound sourcing, screening and first interviews, internal coordination, closing.
Define the relevant sourcing strategies for each position
Deliver timely recruitments, building your pipeline, prioritizing the right candidates and making sure timings and needs are aligned
Build trustful relationships with your hiring managers and ensure a consistent reporting throughout the recruitment processes
Help structuring workflows, KPIs and candidate nurturing
Leverage relevant tools including automation/AI
2/ Candidate experience and employer branding (15%)
Enhance candidate experience and maintain a high-end communication to promote Urban Campus’ employer brand
Work with marketing on ad hoc communication initiatives
Contribute to developing University partnerships
3/ HR operations (15%)
Support the People & Finance team on administration and reporting matters (legal documents, dashboards)
Build a trustful relationship with the people you will recruit (onboarding, follow-ups) and more generally the whole team with a view to a broader HR role in the future.
Background
HR or business degree
2-3 years post-graduation full-cycle recruitment experience in a demanding environment (Scale-up, SaaS, or agency).
Competencies
Talent sourcing expertise within a high-volume context.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand various positions/needs.
Solid analytical skills and a scientific, processed approach of recruitment
Perfectly fluent in French and English. Spanish on top would be a great plus.
Experience with the following tools : LinkedIn Recruiter, WttJ, Hosco.
PayFit and Factorial would be a plus.
