Job description

As our Product Marketing Manager your role is to understand our market deeply and communicate about Upflow’s product and its benefits, positioning us as an industry leader.

You would determine the strategy and create the assets that explain the product and its benefits to customers and potential customers. The future PMM would be the liaison with the product team for GTM functions and be responsable for supporting the sales team.

  • The role sits in the marketing team and collaborates deeply with the product and sales teams.
  • The role is split in several objectives and responsibilities:
  • Own product and integration GTM strategy and launches.
  • Define and refine our key selling points and general positioning to resonate with your market.
  • Understand deeply the competitive landscape.
  • Define and own our personas and ICPs.
  • Guide decisions around pricing and pricing structure.
  • Enable the sales team with top-notch social proof and support materials.
  • Collaborate with our product team to define our roadmap.

Preferred experience

  • 3+ years in product marketing in the tech startup ecosystem.
  • Professional level English (and ideally, French as well).
  • Persuasive writing skills.
  • Experience with cross-functional relationships.
  • Adept project manager.
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment with high level of autonomy.
  • Bonus: Experience in Fintech.
