To support this rapid expansion, Trustpair is looking for an ambitious, well-spoken business development representative (SDR) to assist in growing our customer base. The SDR’s responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson. As a member of our SDR team, you will work closely with Mika, Max and Orlando, our SDR team leader.

You will have the unique opportunity to develop a new market and empower large corporates fight against transfer fraud.

What you will do:

  • Working closely with our marketing and sales executives in their efforts to sign new logos with major European companies ;
  • Build and develop a highly scalable yet personal outbound outreach strategy using our sales and marketing tools ;
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from marketing campaigns ;
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales ;
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls ;
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.

Profil recherché

You are autonomous and flexible, enjoy learning as much as doing, and know how to communicate your ideas. We are looking for talents with the following qualifications :

  • First experience in an SDR/BDR or sales role ;
  • Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business) ;
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented. You’re autonomous in finding solutions to problems. You are well organised and methodical in your approach ;
  • Engaged. You have lots of energy, are open to feedback and want to learn ;
  • Creative Orator. You communicate well on the phone, and understand how to craft messages for your target based on their needs & preferences ;
  • Persistent Mindset. You are ready for the hunt and understand the drive and effort required to succeed.

Nice to have :

  • C-Level engagement experience ;
  • Sales tools experience (CRM such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, SF.com) ;
  • Good listener: You also know when to pause and listen ;
  • Team worker: successful lead generation is a team sport ;
  • Data driven: You know how to leverage all internal data resources to prepare your prospection activity.
