We are looking for an experienced and business savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding business based in Paris.
Your primary focus will be to support our growth by generating qualified business opportunities for the Sales team. We are looking for a talented and smart hunter who’ll be able to overcome targets repeatedly!
You will need to identify the right prospects and set up highly effective outbound campaigns (daily call sessions, personalized email campaigns, social selling) that result in qualified opportunities. You will also take all inbound leads and determine if there’s a real business opportunity with them. If you have a persuasive personality, love spending time on the phone with prospects, and are always on top of your emails, then you’ve come to the right place!
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will work with the rest of the Sales team to drive the acquisition of new customers.

Develop and maintain a high level of fluency in triPica’s platform functionality and acquire the ability to present it to both Business and Technical audiences.
Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects.
Understand complex organisations and reach out to the right contacts via outbound calls, emails and social media.
Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.
Determine the prospect’s interest in triPica’s platform.
Schedule discovery meetings and demo sessions for sales representatives and prospects.
Achieve 10 qualified sales leads per quarter (a qualified sales lead is a prospect customer showing very good fit with triPica’s platform and that has a clear intent to buy within a 6-18 months’ timeframe).
Exceptional written and verbal communicator, able to convey complex technical and business messages in a simple way.
Native English speaker or bilingual.
Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
Rigorous and well organized: Inbox zero, always on time contacting a company and able to manage large volumes of data on Hubspot.
Working knowledge of leading remote sales tools: Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
Can do attitude that is not intimidated by a series of “no’s”
Ability to drive engaging discussions with the key contacts in the prospective organisation.
At least one year of professional experience as a sales or business development representative
