We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Operation Manager to join our growing team in Tunis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong product management mindset, deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture and proven experience in delivering Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Marketing, and Service).

Your next missions :

• Define and manage the product roadmap for Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer service and IT.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Monitor product adoption and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities for Salesforce innovation.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and comply with best practices.
• Define data models, integration points and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain documentation of system architecture and configurations.
• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Salesforce, including experience as an Operations Manager and Architect.
  
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Marketing and Service).
  
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, integration and security.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect, are highly desirable.
