We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager, to join a team of 6 Marketing Acquisition experts: Field, Digital, Paid & SEO.
You report directly to the Head of Marketing - Florent Verney
Joining us on this amazing project implies that :
- You are in charge of the demand generation plan in France, our biggest Market.
- You drive it through the following channels, including but not limited to webinars, events, strategic partners (Media /lead generation), email campaigns and more to produce high quality leads while operating within budget, 400k€ in 2021.
YOUR MISSIONS
You build and roll-out an annual marketing plan to generate leads & support business in France.
Campaign management (33%)
Your goal: build a strong and consitent marketing plan to create an on-going flow of opportunities
- You create, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across digital & events channels
- You organise co-marketing actions with strategic partners (i.e. webinars, ebooks)
- You implement lead generation campaigns with digital providers (media sites, leadgen etc.)
- You leverage and adapt the assets of these campaigns (landing pages, content, banners, whitepapers etc.)
- You work closely with Sales and SDR to constantly improve alignment with revenue goals and efficiency
Creation of the best performing content (33%)
Your goal: increase prospects’ engagement & conversion ratios thanks to best-in-class copywriting
- You collaborate with Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Sales to create copy and customized messaging
- Craft copys tailored for specific personas (i.e. CIOs, BI Managers), to boost use cases or for ABM campaigns (Account-based-Marketing).
Data-driven & creative marketing tactics (33%)
Your goal: find the perfect marketing investment strategy and focus on key channels to accelerate pipeline
- Track, monitor, score and report campaigns on our marketing platform, Hubspot
- Use data to identify new opportunities: multi-channel campaigns, vertical content, and product content
- Work in pair with the Digital Marketing Manager to test new creative formats and boost results
