What if you joined a growing scale up to lead the development and growth of their Product team?

You report directly to our CEO and lead our Product team composed of 4 Product Managers.

You work with the Engineering team, composed of 25 engineers split in squads.

You are responsible for driving our Product-Led Growth Strategy.

YOUR MISSION

• You lead a team of talented Product Managers, you make them grow and build a trajectory for each one of them
• You embody the Product Vision
• You build the Product Roadmap that blends all the different priorities serving the Clients and the Strategy
• Coordinating with Partners, Sales, Marketing and CSM your goal is to deliver the most value to our Clients
• You work closely with the Product Marketing team to help position the Product on the market
• From discovery to release announcements you structure a clear process to deliver with agility
• You’re constantly prioritizing feature requests and finding pragmatic solutions for opportunistic features

You have +7 years of experience at Product related positions in B2B SaaS including experience managing a team.

You are:

• Opinionated: you know how to say no and how to justify the choices you make
• Solution driven: You always provide solutions or alternatives
