INTRODUCTION TO MISSION

We provide solutions to every stakeholder in the market:

First, an Offer & Demand matching tool across Europe:

  • Partnered Artisans & Ateliers: They have an app to manage all their clients, meetings, customer service, pricing, billing, declarations, etc., so they can focus on their craft work.

  • Retailers (Brand shops & sellers): We provide on-demand solutions for in-shop aftercare services with a dedicated platform for sellers so they can access our community of qualified artisans.

  • E-commerce players & other partnerships: We provide on-demand solutions for online aftercare with plugins or direct Shopify integration.

Second, our comprehensive system includes:

Admin: We have our internal control system that allows our team to manage every task. We connect all stakeholders to this admin platform.

Algorithm: We have a strong matching algorithm that takes into consideration many factors to respond to demand with the right offer.

API connection to French Réparation Bonus: This bonus is a massive administrative challenge for artisans and brands. By working with us, we handle it on their behalf. Our technology automates the process, making it simple for them.

In the end, TILLI develops tools for everyone to rely on!

The idea is to make a seamless experience for every stakeholder so we can enhance customer and artisan interactions.

Finally, TILLI offers various types of services tailored to different consumer needs:

  • At-home service: Giving customers access to our network of independent makers working in their workshops, providing hyperlocal service.

  • Package service: Giving customers access to craftspeople when they need specific expertise, delivered directly to their door through our network.

  • In-store service: Through the sales staff of our partner brands, to repair and adjust their customers’ products.

YOUR MISSION

Fully immersed in a 9-senior level team, your mission is to support productivity in response to demand and contribute to the evolution of internal tools.

You will learn:

  • How to be on stage and at the heart of scaling successfully in Europe while driving quality of service

  • How to interact with very different stakeholders in your day-to-day work

  • How to organize and properly handle a lot of information from different users and processes

  • How to prioritize and think at a business level

  • How to think efficiently to get things done and drive problem-solving

Technical skills combining your human nature with great analytical abilities:

  • Problem-solving

  • Making relevant and fast use of data to react

  • Getting agile & growing with data, Excel, and IT tools

  • Understanding compliance & finance variations across countries and general business operations

  • Driving strategic communication and finding ways to achieve success or make people smile ;)

On a daily basis, you will be supported by Antoinette (Cofounder & COO) and Ariane (Head of Ops) + 2 other interns.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Solving problems every day! But solving them to create a better version for tomorrow ;)

  • Processing incoming leads and conversions (end customers, brands, and artisans)

  • Reporting and problem-solving methodology

  • Managing data knowledge to scale with AI

  • Contributing to continuous improvement: quality, deadlines, productivity, user satisfaction

Profil recherché

  • Business school / preparatory class - or business/fashion dual degree - End of studies with potential for permanent position

  • Perfect command of English

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a taste for fieldwork

  • Structured and methodical in your work

  • Interest in sustainable fashion, beautiful pieces, and artisanal heritage in Europe

  • Maturity in your professional approach: balancing autonomy and team collaboration / project management

  • Curiosity and flexibility, solution-seeking mindset

  • On the other end of the line, we can sense your smile and kindness

  • Enthusiasm for manual work: an interest in sewing, leather goods, or shoemaking is a plus

  1. Phone interview for a brief initial exchange

  2. In-person meeting with job presentation to help you better envision the role

  3. Practical exercise / role-playing situation

  4. Second team meeting: exercise debrief & deeper “fit” exploration

  5. Final validation with the founders (optional)
