L’apprenti Contrôleur Financier fera partie de l’équipe Contrôle de Gestion Groupe (4 personnes permanentes) rattachée au Directeur Financier du Groupe. Il sera directement rattaché à l’un des Contrôleurs Financiers du Groupe.

Le Contrôle de Gestion Financier Groupe est un département clé qui aide la Direction Générale à piloter la performance financière du Groupe en fournissant des KPI et des P&L/données consolidées sur l’activité de gestion d’actifs.

L'alternant contrôleur financier contribuera aux tâches suivantes :

• Préparation de rapports trimestriels (entre autres : Actifs sous gestion et KPI opérationnels, analyse des revenus et de la rentabilité des filiales/ unités d’affaires) ;

• Participation au processus de clôture trimestrielle et préparation des supports de présentation (Performance Groupe et Conseil de Surveillance) ;

• Aide à la mise en place et à la mise à l’essai d’outils de reporting ;

• Assistance à l’équipe sur des sujets spécifiques.

The Financial Controller apprentice will be part of the Group Financial Controlling team (3 permanent people) which report to the Group CFO. She/he will directly report to one of the Group Financial Controller.

Group Financial Controlling is a key department which help General Management to drive Group financial performance by providing KPI and consolidated P&L/data on asset management activity.

The Financial Controller intern will contribute to the following tasks:

• Preparation of quarterly reporting (amongst other: Assets under management & operational KPI, revenues and profitability analysis of subsidiaries/business units);

• Participation to quarterly closing process and preparation of presentation supports (Group Performance Review and Supervisory Board)

• Help in the implementation and testing of reporting tools;

• Assistance to the team on specific topics.

Profile :

• Étudiant en Ecole de commerce ou équivalent Master avec majeure en finance ;
• Un stage préalable dans un département financier ou un audit sera apprécié ;
• Motivé et désireux de travailler dans un environnement stimulant et dynamique avec des délais (sens des priorités) ;
• Solides compétences analytiques et de reporting : maîtrise d’Excel, connaissances de base en comptabilité, reporting et budgétisation ;
• Esprit autonome, organisé, synthétique et bonne communication (large éventail d’interlocuteurs),
• Maîtrise de l’anglais (tous les livrables de travail sont en anglais ainsi que les communications orales avec les filiales à l’étranger).

• Business School or equivalent Master student with major in Finance,
• Previous internship in a Finance Department or Audit will be appreciated,
• Self-motivated and keen to work in a challenging and dynamic environment with deadlines (sense of priority),
• Strong analytical and reporting skills: proficient in Excel, basic knowledge of accounting, reporting and budgeting,
• Autonomous, organized, synthetic spirit and good communication (wide range of interlocutors),
• Fluent in English (all work deliverables are in English and oral communications with subsidiaries abroad).
