In order to support our ambitious growth plans, we are currently looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) in France to join our expert sales squad. Your line manager will be Adrien, Head of Sales France. As BDR, you will close the gap between our Sales ambitions and the technical feasibility of our service.
As BDR you will:
Contribute actively to sales prospecting in France (~50% of time):
Identify, prioritize and approach potential customers with a tailored message on specific (new) verticals & markets
Organise site visits to qualify the leads
Manage your customer pipeline (~30% of time):
Present Thermosphr’s solutions to prospects in meetings and identify their specific expectations & needs
Update and maintain the CRM database
Follow-up on potential prospects throughout the sales cycle
Strengthen up our brand and marketing strategies (~10% of time):
Attend networking events & B2B fairs
Monitor industry trends and share relevant business insights with our network
Show creativity and initiative to convey Thermosphr’s key messages
Contribute to improving Thermosphr’s value proposition continuously (~10% of time):
Share customers’s feedback with our product and tech teams
Identify new upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Identify and develop relevant key strategic partnerships
Work from home policy
Physical presence in our office in Paris city center is required. This would allow you to quickly learn with your manager & colleagues. Please note this job may require many site visits (mostly in the Paris area, up to 50% of the time).

Salary: 38,000 - 45,000€ gross salary + 20% variable OTE

Must-have
A Bachelor degree
1+ year(s) of experience in Sales / Business development,
A quantitative & qualitative track record / proof of success in outbound sales,
Native French and fluent English,
Nice-to-have
Willingness to learn complex and technical products,
Experience in complex B2B sales,
Experience in startups, real estate, and/or energy efficiency sectors,
Any other language than French & English.
A 15 min call with Adrien, Head of Sales.
A 75 min meeting with Adrien (inc. use case)
If needed, a 30 min meeting with Nicolas, CEO
