TheraPanacea, an award-winning medical technology company created in 2017, is reinventing healthcare through harnessing AI to develop cutting-edge software to optimize diagnostics, prognostics and therapies for cancer, degenerative diseases and other complex diseases.
Job Description:
• To jointly selected/download and store with the clinical team the neuroimaging data necessary from open source databases
• To oversee neuroimaging data management including data quality control, coordination of data treatment
• To implement neuroimaging analysis pipelines of amyloid and tau PET and Dat-SPECT as well as structural MRI scans for ongoing studies.
• Write procedure link to the neuroimaging analysis pipelines production (quality control of data, type of analysis used, quality control of results, data results transfer – if applicable)
• Bibliographic Review of methodologies and available neuroimaging analysis pipeline
• To identify and implement new neuroimaging analysis pipelines, when necessary, based on the client needs
• To provide results, performances and statistical analysis of imaging metrics and data
Profile:
• Minimum level required: Master Degree in engineering or biomedical domain, background or experience in health data and medical imaging data.
Profil recherché
Required skills:
- Experiences or knowledge in medical/health field, life science or high technology
- Experience with neuroimaging data analysis packages (FSL, SPM, Freesurfer, etc.) to analyze MRI, PET and SPECT data
- Experience with programming languages such as Matlab, Python, R, etc
- Experience with advanced statistical modeling techniques
-Excellent oral and written communication skills and good presentation skills - Strong motivation
- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and to work across teams
- Knowledge in neuro-imaging domain, especially the ability to analyzing data
- Familiarity with multimodal data integration modeling and advanced machine learning techniques (e.g. multiplex networks, deep learning), multivariate statistics and cloud computing is a plus.
