Your Role: Chartering Specialist   

As a key member of our Chartering team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing sea transportation and associated services for our groundbreaking projects. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Strategic Procurement: Prepare bidders’ lists, conduct tendering processes, and negotiate commercial terms to secure the best value. 
  • Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with client and internal requirements. 
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor vessel readiness, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure all documentation is in place. 
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial status reports, review invoices, and manage claims or disputes. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Compliance, Operations) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.   

 What You Bring 

  • A degree in Chartering or Engineering. 
  • 7–10 years of experience in subcontracts, logistics, or chartering. 
  • Knowledge of BIMCO Time Charter Party (a plus). 
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and oral). 
  • A dynamic, adaptable mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
