About the mission we offer you:

Your missions will be the following:

• Promote HSES communication using internal tools (Viva engage, T.NET, displays in break areas, and HSE Teams groups)
• Propose innovative and attractive ideas for training courses, HSES project.
• Enhance Site HSE awareness of TEN Teams
• Project Management: Ensure that adequate training has been provided to all collaborators according to their job requirements 
• Communicate and monitor HSE documentation required to be maintained within Lyon operating center
• Develop system tools
• Check that HSE equipment is properly operated, tested, calibrated, and maintained (audit flash).
• Report identified non-conformance and ensures corrective actions are implemented (audit flash & MASE)
• Prepare and participate of external and internal SMI and MASE audits
• Monitor site HSE compliance with government and company HSE requirements
• Draw up the annual HSE communication plan, supervises its implementation and coordinates its execution. (example: climate fresk, eco lunch)
• Facilitate Pulse session and/or fresks (climate, biodiversity and circular economy).

Starting Date: September 2025Duration: 12 months (1 year)

About you:

• You are preparing a BAC+3 (Licence or Bachelor) with a specialization in HSE.
• You have a good knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, MASE, international standards and local regulations.
• You have a keen interest in digital technology and you master the Pack Office.
• You are creative, proactive and you are known for your writing skills.
• English level B2 or equivalent is expected for this position.
