At Technip Energies, we see the upcoming International Women’s Day on March 8 as both a moment to recognize achievements and a responsibility to address the challenges that still exist. This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” resonates with our approach: when we give women equal opportunities, we gain a stronger, more innovative workforce. In 2025, our colleagues around the world turned this commitment into action: 🇦🇺 In Australia, volunteers in Perth mentored 60 high school girls through the WISE Future Engineers program. 🇫🇷 In France, our Paris and Lyon offices engaged 298 young women through Elles Bougent, promoting diversity in science and industry. 🇮🇳 In India, we launched Aspire, Reshape & Conquer (ARC), our first Women Advancement Program, alongside a scholarship supporting 100 first-year women engineering students. 🇳🇱 In the Netherlands, our Zoetermeer center welcomed 34 young women for Girls’ Day, showcasing opportunities in STEM. 🇪🇸🇨🇴 In Spain and Colombia, 111 colleagues participated in Women’s Races to raise awareness and funds for health research and gender equality. 🇺🇸 In the United States, our Women Initiative Network (WIN) in Houston continues to foster development and professional connection. We are also seeing tangible results. Since 2021: ✅ Women in leadership roles have increased from 12% to 24.6%. ✅ Women in permanent contracts have grown from 29% to 33%. ✅ We have exceeded our target of at least 50% women in our graduate intake for five consecutive years. Through Evolve, our sustainability program, we will continue setting ambitious goals for 2026–2030 to promote the advancement of women across our organization. On International Women’s Day and every day, we remain committed to giving space, support and opportunity.
