Advancing Europe’s circular textile infrastructure with Reju! 👕♻️ We are proud to announce that our textile to textile regeneration company Reju has selected Lacq as the site for its first French industrial-scale Regeneration Hub. Every year, 121 million tons of textiles are discarded globally, yet only 1% are recycled into new garments. Tackling this challenge requires more than incremental change, it demands industrial-scale solutions, advanced technology, and the ability to execute. Located on the Induslacq platform, the future facility will transform post-consumer textile waste into high-quality recycled polyester using Reju’s proprietary depolymerization technology. Subject to final investment decision, the project will reinforce France’s leadership in low-carbon industrial innovation, contribute to structuring a new circular value chain, and generate significant local economic impact with the creation of direct and indirect jobs. The Lacq Hub builds on Reju’s expanding international footprint, alongside Regeneration Hub Zero in Frankfurt, the announced site in Chemelot, and the U.S. Hub to be located at Eastman Business Park.
