The role reports into the Operations Manager and the overall mission is to make sure that the supply chain & sourcing organisation will perfectly support the Madrid’s business growth in the coming months and years.
It will primarily focus on defining and implementing short & long term supply policies, optimising the food & packaging sourcing, ensuring the best quality of product to ensure Kitchen & Customer satisfaction.
This role will drive the Supply Chain team in Spain with projects based on profit for internal business units, quality of products, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Manage relationship with suppliers to ensure timely phase in/out of items/products
Ensure perfect quality of service and implement the right processes to avoid shortage, ensure on-time & in-full deliveries. Implement and monitor KPIs.
Drive costs down along the supply chain by managing stocks, minimising waste, and streamlining the supply organisation.
Implement an efficient supply chain : Selection partners, relationship management
Drive COGS down, including reduction of :
Internal Stakeholders, located in France, Spain and the UK:Culinary Managers (Quality & New Product Development)
Operation & Kitchen Managers
Tech team
Marketing team
Finance team
External Stakeholders:Distribution partners
Existing & potential suppliers **

Masters degree
Mastery of English/ Spanish
Hands-on mentality
